Role: Construction Manager
Location: Greater London
Rate: Up to £450 per day depending on experience - CIS
Duration: 18 months+

Have you been apart of projects and frameworks in the water sector?
 
The business Carrington West are working with are looking for a Construction Manager to join them in a big delivery push on high profile projects on behalf of Thames Water.
 
The successful Construction Manager will be joining a tier 1 Design & build Contractor who have secured a large part of Thames Water's AMP7 programme, responsible for Civil and MEICA projects for the non-Infrastruture framework, including the redevelopment and upgrades of multiple clean and waste water above ground assets.
 
The role will cover sites across greater London, however the patch can be made as suitable as possible to the right applicant.
 
To be considered you must have experience working with business' associated with the UK Water Sector, ideally from the client side or a Tier 1 contractor.
 
Key information:
 
- Experience of managing project portfolio's valued at £50m plus
- Large scale Civil experience with a Civil background and career to match
- Water sector experience in large scale projects would be an advantage but not essential
- Key client interaction ability
- Strong and direct management and leadership skills
