Our client a large utilities contractor is looking for Waste Water Survey Assistants to work on their waste water contracts in Scottish networks.

The nature of the work will be working in crews of 3 surveying the waste water network through Flow, Manhole and CCTV surveys. Thus anyone with experience on waster water treatment works, sewers, CCTV, water jetting would be a good fit. 
The ideal candidate will have the above experience as well some or all of the following certificates:

·Full drivers license
·Confined spaces Certificate (this can be refreshed for the right candidate if it has lapsed)
 
Previous expereince wiht CCTV Drainage Survey would be a big advanatge

If any of the above have lapsed the client will put the right candidates through their refreshers. 

The work will be all over the Scottish Water network. The rates of pay will be up to £9 (PAYE) per hour for the first 40 hours

There is significant levels of overtime available at 1.25 time Weekday and 1.5 time Weekends.
 

nitially you will start on a 6 months contract via Carrington West, however this is very much long term work and thus permanent jobs will be offered after the 6 months for those who perform well, with a view for promotions to lead surveyors becoming a very realistic possibility.
