Compliance Programme Manager
£450p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
6 Months Initially (with view for extension)
Hampshire - Hybrid
 
What will you do?
·Lead with the procurement of a 5-year contract for the provision of Fire risk assessments.
·Lead with the procurement of a 5-year contract for the provision of Asbestos Audit
·Produce monthly budget forecasts in liaison with the council's finance team
·Leading the delivery of a £12m programme of investment, maintenance, and construction projects.
·Accountable for budget management and programme delivery.
·Leading a team of 4 Contract Managers & 4 Contract Support officers
·Implementation of robust project governance.
·Lead with the delivery of the compliance contracts to ensure that the council is compliant with; Gas, Electrical installations, Asbestos, Fire safety, Water Safety, Passenger Lifts.
·Will need to have demonstrable programme management and compliance management experience.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·UK Resident
·Demonstrate an understanding of Council policies.
·Recognised construction/Fire Safety qualification - related qualification to at least HNC or HND level with a demonstrable record of accomplishment as a project manager on large and moderately complex projects
