What will you do?
The Compliance Manager (HHSRS) role is newly created to provide support managing the HHSRS surveying process.
Working in conjunction with the Head of M&E & Compliance, you will be responsible for monitoring the on-going process of HHSRS surveys, programme manage the results and undertake the necessary actions to ensure the works are programmed, allocated to the relevant teams across the Council and ensure the progress of works is followed.
The candidate will be required to understand and correctly interpret complex building related information and reports to ensure systems are in place to deliver our obligations in line with the Council's KPIs.

·Degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline
·Read and understand the reports
·Understand the timelines under each criteria, be able to prioritise the works as per agreed timescales and allocate the works to the relevant teams
