Salary: £95,000 to £130,000, depending on experience.
Location: Slough/client offices, 1 day working from home.

This role is a Commercial Director/Head of Commercial position, and you will be overseeing a £50million rail portfolio.

Requirements:

• Expertise in NEC 3/NEC4 and JCT contracts.
• Client side or Tier 1 contractor experience
• Design & Build project experience.
• Contract dispute experience.
• Stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Good understanding of WIP.
• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects at once.
• Chartered.

Additional Information:
This will be a 2-stage interview process: initial stage on Teams, second stage in person. Interviews will be held for successful candidates within a week of application. This is an urgent requirement and ideally would like for someone to start before Christmas but can wait as long as 3 months for the right person.
