Would you like to join the business on a contract basis?

We have a very busy team here and several projects which is commanding an experienced Building Services, Clerk of Works. You will be joining the team who are working via The Warrington/ North East area. We require you to start ASAP, and will be able to do between 37.5 - 40 hours pw - some of this can be worked from home! 

We can pay between £35 - £40ph for this individual.

Start date can be almost immediate for the right person, but offers will only be subject to having the ability to obtain Security Clearance.

Notice period will be 1 week noth ways.
