Role: Civils Site Manager (Permanent)
Location: Worcester
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £55,000 p/a + benefits

Are you a Site Manager with experience working on wastewater sites?
 
My client is a leading Civil Engineering and Building Company, delivering high-quality construction and civil engineering projects across the UK. They are looking to add a Site Manager to their team to help deliver civils refurbishment works to pipelines and a water treatment site in Worcester on the Severn Trent framework.
 
Your role will involve:
·Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication of construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements etc.
·Ensuring that the setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.
·Effectively influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.
·Developing effective relationships and dealing with clients and subcontractors.
·Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.
·Managing Site Engineers & subcontractors.
·Maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
·A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification
·Civils site management experience on waste water sites
·Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
·A full UK Driver's License.
