My client is looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham to work on their portfolio of projects for the Access and Requisition team for works delivery for temporary works access.

Rate: £318 - £368 per day.
How long: 6 months.
Location: Manchester or Birmingham, 3/4 days in office per week, remainder from home.

Essential:

• Degree of equivalent in Estate Management and be a Chartered Surveyor with membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Driving licence.
• Rail experience desired.
• General practice surveying role
• Negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management.

Additional Information:
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, this will be a one stage interview and will be competency and presentation based. Applications for this role closes on the 28th of September. The successful candidate will need to do a DBS check prior to starting their placement.
