My client is looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham to work on their portfolio of projects for the Access and Acquisitions team for works delivery for temporary works access.
 
Rate: £318/ day (Umbrella)
Duration: 3 months (likely to be extended)
Location: Birmingham
 
Essential:
- Degree of equivalent in Estate Management and be a Chartered Surveyor with membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Driving licence.
- Rail experience desired.
- General practice surveying role
- Negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder management.
 
Additional Information:
 
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, this will be a one stage interview and will be competency and presentation based. Applications for this role closes on the 25th of January. The successful candidate will need to do a DBS check prior to starting their placement.
