Capital Works Building Surveyor
£300p/d Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
3 Months Initially (with view for extension)
Hammersmith and Fulham - Hybrid
 
What will you do?
To participate as a member of the Capital Delivery to undertake a wide range of Building Surveying, Enforcement Inspections and related Project Management duties.
To proactively engage with customers, leaseholders, tenants and all related Council Officers such as Housing Management, Legal Services, Leasehold Services, and the Home-Buy Team in the delivery of the Property Compliance Service.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·UK Resident
·Demonstrate an understanding of Council policies
·Essential Qualifications: Chartered Building Surveyor; Surveying Degree or equivalent
·Chartered Status & member of RICS, RIBA, CIOB, ICE, INSTRUCTE or equivalent
