Job description

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Business Transformation Manager to join a leading consultancy in Nottinghamshire. The role of the Business Transformation Manager is to lead the design and delivery of the transformation programme, ensuring cross-company alignment and tangible business improvement in support of the company's strategic objectives.
 
Main Accountabilities:
·Work closely with the Head of Business Transformation and the Senior Leadership Team on the development of the strategic direction, identifying, defining and prioritising transformation programmes of work in line with the company's strategic objectives.  
·Oversee the delivery of cross-company business change activity, maintaining overall programme integrity and coherence as well as ensuring effective governance, resource, risk, issue and dependency management, scheduling, and financial management.
·Embed effective change management protocols across the company, to ensure clarity and consistency of delivery.  
·Coordinate and deliver change programme and project progress updates to enable effective corporate decision making.  
·Lead the development of a positive change culture across the company, working closely with stakeholders at all levels and employing outstanding communication skills.
·Work across the company to identify areas where improvements to ways of working can be made, with a focus on digital transformation. Work to identify efficiencies, incorporate best practices and drive positive change.
·Provide effective leadership, direction and support to the team of Business Transformation Project Managers, ensuring methods and standards are implemented consistently to effectively plan, manage and deliver change.  
 
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
·Formal qualification in Project or Change Management.
·An experienced Programme / PMO Manager with demonstrable experience of leading multiple, complex organisational change programmes.  
·Excellent analytical skills, underpinned with sound judgement under pressure, and the ability to identify resolutions for critical decisions, risks and issues at a programme or portfolio level.
·Ability to work with, lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
·Excellent leadership qualities, in terms of both direct line management as well as influence across an organisation.  
·Outstanding written, verbal and presentational communication skills.
·Full driving licence, valid in the UK.
