Role: Business Process Improvement Consultant
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000+ (flexibility in wage for the right candidates)

I am working with one of the leading employers in the area and they have a vacancy available for a business systems owner to join their team of skilled employees.
 
Your main responsibilities will be identifying weaknesses in the company's systems usage and where upgrades are necessary to improve the businesses functions. You will need to deliver a plan on how this can be done and identify projects to put this plan in place.
 
You will be in-charge of these key areas: systems analysis, maintenance of systems roadmap, project delivery and systems management
 
Problems faced within this role
 
·Having to understand what stakeholders and customers' needs are.
·Upgrading company software systems in-line with these needs and delivering maximum cost/benefit output.
·Working with a huge diversity of people
·Managing teams across multiple departments
 
Desirable Criteria
 
·HND/HNC or equivalent
·PRINCE 2 or equivalent
·Able to communicate with various departments, managers, and stake holders to establish processes to benefit the business
·Experience in Project Management or similar
·Have negotiating experience with suppliers and stake holders
·Understand contractual law
