Rate: £253.78 per day

Role:
 
To undertake contract management, project management and contract surveying duties to support the delivery of a sector leading building services function and to contribute to the delivery of an effective professional technical service within the Property Services Department. Lead the provision of professional technical support including managing and monitoring consultant and contractor service providers across the range of building component repair and replacement, mechanical, electrical, fire, security and lift engineering disciplines and the effective management of associated service contracts and budgets.
 
Candidate:
 
Relevant recent technical knowledge and experience gained within a built environment. - Experience of developing business cases and producing reports. - Experience of managing, knowledge and understanding of modern planned preventative maintenance and investment approaches to building service installations within residential housing. - Demonstrate experience of contract administration and project management - Experience of managing service provider performance.
