Are you a Building Surveyor based in North Yorkshire looking for a new opportunity?
 
I am looking for a building surveyor to work within the Asset Management team to conduct condition surveys across the property portfolio. A Microsoft Excel template survey document will need to be completed capturing the identified defects, photographs, remediation specification, quantities and costing using the BCIS schedule of rates.
 
You will also need to provide project management support for small building related projects.
 
Rate: £32.52
Rolling Contract
37 hours a week
