About the Role:
As a Building Services Revit MEP Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs and solutions across various projects. You will collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and designers to ensure the successful completion of building services projects, utilising your expertise in Revit MEP to create detailed and accurate models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce detailed Revit MEP models for a range of building services projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated designs.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician in a building services environment.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP software and a strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Full right to work in the UK without Visa sponsorship.
