Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in Hertfordshire in their search for a Building Control Officer on an initial 3-month contract.

The successful candidate must be able to provide professional and technical advice, guidance, interpretation, and evaluation on all aspects of the work area to service users, colleagues, and statutory authorities to meet statutory and service requirements.
Carry out site inspections of building work in progress to ensure compliance with the Regulations, approved plans, relevant British Standards, and good building practice

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £45p/h
