Building Control Surveyor

When?
To start as soon as possible on an initial 2 week contract with a possibility of extension.
 
Who will you be joining?
A highly motivated local authority team in Bedfordshire.
 
What will you do?
 
You will only be asked to carry out Site Inspections between the hours of 10:30 - 14:30
 
The client is happy for you to work this alongside other roles.
 
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 
·Professionally qualified with chartered status - MRICS MCABE MBEng or equivalent
or
·Minimum 3 years' experience in building control
·Clear and demonstratable knowledge of building standards and legislation
