Bid Coordinator - (Administrative role)
 
Salary: £25,000-£35,000
 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Chippenham

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and drive successful bid submissions.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Maintain up-to-date company information/documents on tendering/response portals
Monitor and summarize new bid adverts on a daily basis
Assist in forwarding new leads to the Head of Pre-construction
Process, record, and track incoming tenders and alerts
Take ownership of internal tender/outcome tracking systems
Source and provide information and documents from the Bid Library
Build and maintain company tender documentation, including case studies, CVs, and site photographs
Organize meetings and bid calendars/diaries
Attend pre-bid and bid meetings
Support the tender team in bid submissions
Coordinate communication within the bid team for individual tender cycles
Assist with pre-qualification/selection questionnaires and applications
 
As Administrator you will assist in the production of the written word/content of any PQQ/tender submissions and be able to support the tender team in bid submissions.You will also interrogate the requirements for the bid to ensure written responses are project specific and relevant.
 
 
Subject to review and initial performance assessment, further professional training will be discussed and approved to support your career development.
