Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and confident Associated level Structural Engineer, keen to progress, with several years' experience working within a similar design consultancy environment.
 
With an established client base and flow of work, you will be responsible for growing and leading an addition team of structural engineers within the business.
 
Your role will require you to be technically strong, leading projects from concept to completion, helping to support more junior members of the team as it grows.
 
The scope of work covers a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of building sectors including residential, healthcare, education, retail, leisure, industrial, historical and mixed-use projects.

 
Requirements

BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineering
Chartered or near chartered with CEng status ICE/IStructE
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience of working in all main materials including Steel, timber, Masonry and Concrete
Client facing
Experience of leading projects
Experience of managing design teams
Excellent communication
Ambitious with a drive to succeed and be part of a successful team
