Associate Infrastructure Engineer
 
Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for an Associate to lead their expansion into Birmingham.
 
The company is looking for a skilled engineer to work independently with their Birmingham contacts, with future opportunity to manage a team in Birmingham and take on the role of Director.
 
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage projects from initial feasibility through to design and construction, working on multi-disciplinary projects in residential, industrial, commercial and retail sectors.
 
Responsibilities of the role:
 
·Attend business development meetings.
·To provide technical support to Directors when required.
·Manage a team of engineers and technicians to produce innovative designs and solutions.
·Be first point of contact for clients.
·Provide quotes, including speculative designs and costings where required.
·Work with the wider project team and be able to interpret and manage external works including noise assessment, traffic reports and geotechnical reports.
·Carrying out works including drainage, flood risk, infrastructure, and highways with detailed design.
