As the Associate leading on the Engineering business you will be tasked with leading on Projects from a Highways and Civils Engineering point of view. Part of the role will be mentoring members of the team and being responsible for the Design workload too.
 
You will be a Chartered Engineer with a background within Highways Engineering, showing expertise and knowledge on Major Highways works from a Consultancy point of view.
 
Communication skills are vital, alongside a proven history within a client facing business development role.
 
We require someone who shares the same passion as our client's and their staff to continuously develop and never settle for a poor quality of service.
