Associate Director Transport Planner, a senior transport planning role in London
You will be taking on a senior leadership position as an Associate Director Transport Planner, contributing to high-profile development projects while shaping transport planning strategy from my client's London office.
My client is a leading employee-owned consultancy delivering planning-led, multidisciplinary advice across the UK. Their Transport & Infrastructure team supports complex development proposals across urban and regional markets.
In this Associate Director Transport Planner role, you will:
·Lead transport planning inputs on major development schemes
·Prepare Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans
·Develop sustainable transport and mobility strategies
·Undertake junction and network modelling
·Provide development and infrastructure planning advice
·Manage data analysis, forecasting and reporting
·Lead stakeholder engagement and client communication
·Manage project delivery and support team development
My client is looking for an Associate Director Transport Planner who offers:
·Strong technical transport planning experience
·Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills
·Confidence using ARCADY / PICADY, TRICS, TEMPro and AutoCAD
·The ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively
The salary for this Associate Director Transport Planner role is £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, life insurance, cycle to work scheme and professional subscription support.
You will be London-based with hybrid working, supported by structured CPD, chartership mentoring and long-term progression within an employee-owned consultancy.
