Key Responsibilities:
 
·Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
·Conduct detailed building surveys, including inspections and assessments, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
·Offer expert advice on a range of building-related matters, including defects, maintenance, and refurbishment.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
·MRICS qualification is essential.
·Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment.
·Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
·Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, construction technology, and relevant legislation.
