Role: Assistant Project Manager - Water Industry
Location: Thames Water (Multiple Sites - all within M25)
Duration: 18 months +
Rate: £300 - £400 per day - Inside IR35
Start date: ASAP
Our client are a very well established Tier 1 contractor to the water sector. Due to a huge increase in workload they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will support and report to the current Project Manager.
The role will involve writing method statement, pricing work, creating quotes for clients, producing RAMS. and aiding in the delivery of projects in the water sector.
Candidates must have a mechanical, electrical or civils background within the water industry
Working on projects for the Thames Water framework, this is a good opportunity for someone who has worked on projects within the water industry looking to make the step into project management e.g. as a Site agent or Project Engineer.
The role is initially for 18 months and will most likely be extended for many years, with opportunities to progress
Due to the nature of the work, you MUST have previous water sector experience on Non-Infrastructure projects to be considered in a relevant position mentioned above.
