My client is looking for a Asset Protection Engineer to join their asset management team for the West Midlands region. Within this role, my client is looking for someone to provide advice and expertise in engineering across functions and multiple-disciplines on asset engineering in a Rail environment.  

Rate: circa £375 (Umbrella)
How long: 6 months
Location: Birmingham

Essential:

• Good knowledge of Network Rail policies and standards, safety management systems and risk assessment techniques, awareness of construction design and management regulations.
• Working towards membership of a relevant professional institution.
• Previous experience reviewing civil designs, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Previous experience in Asset Engineering in a Rail environment.
• PTS is required.
