One of Manchester's most sought after practices are recruiting! An AJ100 award winning architecture firm renowned for their projects in the education, mixed use and residential sectors. Presently looking for ARB Registered Architects with 1-3 years of post part lll experience.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects that shape communities and push the boundaries of design throughout RIBA stages 1-7.
Role Overview:
As an Architect with us, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering a diverse range of projects. From initial concept to final completion, you'll collaborate with talented professionals and stakeholders to ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
·Lead design development stages for residential, education, and commercial projects.
·Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
·Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to inform design decisions.
·Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
·Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.
Requirements:
·ARB registered Architect with experience in diverse project types.
·Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
·Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
·Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
