Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to design and technical stages of projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specs, and planning applications
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Provide site inspections and manage Building Regs compliance
- Support business development and identify client needs
- Deliver projects with high attention to detail and performance

What They're Looking For:
- Strong design and detailing skills (Revit beneficial)
- Confident communicator - visually, verbally, and in writing
- Experience with UK planning and building regulations
- Practical, problem-solving mindset under budget and time pressures
