The Carrington West Learning & Development Hub is our online training resource with hundreds of hours of video content, a 150 page recruitment manual, short bite sized systems training clips, mental heath and wellbeing information as well as company updates and news.

When you join Carrington West you will be taken through an induction programme with your manager and using resources on the L&D Hub . Your career pathway and learning plan is unique to you and your goals. You can manage the pace and the way in which you expand your knowledge dependent on your individual learning style, truly taking control of your own career development.
