Invitation only in-person event.
Unlocking the Potential of Multigenerational Teams
Carrington West is excited to host our second in-person “Building Better Teams" event for senior executives or anyone with hiring decision making and management responsibility. In this morning session, we will take you on a journey through the hiring and retention challenges of 2025 and, most importantly, our expert panel of speakers, will share practical advice on how to overcome them.
We’ll start by looking at today’s labour market with Neil Carberry, CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, who will explain how the talent pool has shifted over recent years and why we need a fresh approach to hiring. Next, Dr Liam Satchell will uncover how unconscious bias impacts decision-making and what we can do to access the widest possible talent pool. For the second half of the morning, our headline speaker, Henry Rose Lee, will lead an interactive session focused on how to engage, motivate, and retain multigenerational teams. Henry’s session will be hands-on, full of practical takeaways, and designed to help you create a high-performing, engaged workforce.
At Carrington West, we believe that better teams make better businesses. We hope the insights will give you the knowledge and tools to build teams that thrive, whatever your business. You will have the opportunity to network with fellow hiring managers during the break period, and to pose questions to the speakers. The event is strictly by invitation only, and spaces are limited, so please RSVP via Eventbrite, or directly to your Carrington West consultant to secure your seat.
