25th February 2026 | 9:00am - 9:45am | Live Microsoft Teams Webinar

What does 2026 have in store for the structural engineering profession?

Hosted by Carrington West in partnership with the Institution of Structural Engineers, this session brings together exclusive market insights, practical hiring intelligence, and forward-looking commentary for IStructE members, consultancy leaders, and engineering professionals. We’ll open with a data-led overview of the 2026 landscape, including salary benchmarks, regional demand patterns, and the emerging skills shaping employer expectation.

A live panel discussion will follow, featuring senior industry voices from two major employers alongside expert contributors from across the profession. Together, they’ll examine how organisations are adapting to a competitive talent market, the impact of AI and new technologies, and what today’s engineers value most in career development. The session concludes with an interactive Q&A and clear takeaways to support workforce planning, hiring strategy and professional growth in the year ahead.
