Role: Water Hygiene Supervisor

The business I am working with are currently looking to grow their Water Hygiene team by introducing a supervisor. We are looking for someone from a domestic Water Treatment background who has had multiple years of experience in the industry.
 
The position itself will be reporting directly to the Operations director, Supervising a team of Water Hygiene Engineers who will be going to mainly public sector sites including Schools and Hospitals, carrying out routine maintenance of their water supply as per the LCOP L8 / HSG 274 recommendations and requirements.
 
In this position you will have the responsibility of scheduling the engineers based on location and experience, assisting in Pricing future works and working with the compliance manager to ensure that the highest standards of reporting and task delivery are carried out.
 
The roles responsibilities will be roughly half supervising, assisting, and training junior technicians as well as getting involved in the day-to-day operations of carrying out the relevant task for the business' clients.
 
The business' office is based near Watford however as they have work throughout London, we will consider applicants from all around the area.
 
The role is focused on Water Treatment, and will cover the below tasks
 
- Water temperature monitoring
- Legionella assessment
- TMV servicing
- Cold storage tank cleans/disinfections
- Minor Plumbing works
- Plant installation / replacement
 
The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering, and ideally have a NVQ Level 2+ In Plumbing or L8 Legionella awareness.
