·Prepare detailed housing layouts across a range of densities with a strong understanding of placemaking and urban form
·Contribute to or lead the production of design guides, design codes and policy documents
·Support or manage the preparation of Outline Planning Applications
·Participate in and/or lead community consultation and stakeholder engagement
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and consultant teams
·Support junior staff or manage day-to-day project delivery, depending on level

Requirements
·2+ years of experience as an urban designer or masterplanning (4+ years for senior level)
·Excellent CAD skills (Vectorworks preferred, but not essential - other platforms also considered)
·Strong design and technical ability with a background in architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2 and/or Urban Design MA)
·Good understanding of building typologies, urban design principles, and the planning process
·Experience producing high-quality visualisations, layout plans and supporting materials
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The Offer
·Competitive salary dependent on experience
·Flexible/hybrid working options
·Friendly and design-focused team culture
·Opportunities for progression and continued professional development
