The client is looking for an experienced Tree Officer who can come in and hit the ground running.
 
Role Specific
·Office presence - Once every 2 weeks
·Part time
·Hourly rate - approx. £40 to £45 per hour (DOE)
·Local Authority experience.
 
Main duties of the role are to deal with and progress TCA and TPO applications from start to end, including writing up the officer report and drafting any conditions for agreement.
The role will also require individuals to provide the Planning Officers with advice on tree matters and landscaping where they relate to planning application .
As a minor part of the role, the progression of new TPO orders as they emerge.
Also as a minor part of the role, deal with notifications of works or removal of trees with TPOs on them
