Job description
TRANSPORT PLANNER - DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality transport advice and technical outputs for a range of planning and development projects across the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Prepare and contribute to Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans
·Conduct site access appraisals, junction capacity assessments, and parking reviews
·Assist with the production of transport chapters for Environmental Statements
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
·Support senior team members with project management and proposal preparation
·Analyse transport data using software such as TRICS, Junctions (PICADY/ARCADY), and TEMPro
ABOUT YOU
·Some previous experience in a transport/development planning role in the UK
·Strong understanding of the UK planning system and relevant transport guidance (e.g. NPPF, Manual for Streets)
·Proficient in technical analysis tools and report writing
·Educated to degree level in Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, or a related field
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to grow professionally
