My client are looking for the successful candidate to work within their training team. You will undertake key activities in support of training bookings, internal course administration and monitoring expiring training.
 
The role is working in a lovely office, North of Cambridge. My client have a fresh new office and a great team, the whole company specialising in the Telecoms sector.  
 
The senior training coordinator will:
 
The Senior Training Coordinator provides support to our Training Team by:
·Generating bookings for our JHG Training School
·Coordinating internal training courses and accreditations
·Coordinating pre-induction accreditations checks
·Managing accreditations compliance
·Monitoring and Tracking training costs
·Delivering foundation skills training sessions
·Designing online learning content
·Generating reports for the Training Team, Senior Leadership and Board
Previous Experience
·Previous experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
·Experienced in populating and interrogating data in Excel spreadsheets
·Knowledge of the Telecoms industry and, or, previous experience working within a training function, an advantage
· Demonstrates initiative and looks for better ways of working.
