My client in Essex is seeking an experienced DM Planning Officer to join them in their DM Team for initial 3- contract.
 
The council office is located fairly close to London with good transport links.
·        37 hours per week
·        Mainly working remotely but will need to do site visits every two/three weeks
·        Hourly rate - approx. £42-45 per hour
·        There will be older applications and newer applications, varying in size & type
