Town planner / Senior Town Planner
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and career-driven Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking town planning consultancy.
This specialist consultancy operates as a close-knit team delivering high-quality planning services across the UK. Its work spans planning and regeneration, research, engagement, strategy, and policy development, with projects ranging from eco-towns and large urban extensions to rural estates and residential and commercial developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Town Planner or Senior Town Panner to join a growing and ambitious consultancy in a role that offers clear progression and ongoing professional development.
The Role
·Based from offices in Cheltenham
·Assisting senior staff with the coordination and preparation of large-scale and complex mixed-use residential and/or commercial planning applications
·Leading projects including pre-application enquiries, planning applications, Listed Building Consent applications, and planning appeals
·Supporting colleagues on larger, strategic planning projects
The Ideal Candidate
·2-3 years' experience within the planning profession with a good understanding of the UK planning system
·Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, RTPI-accredited
·Working towards, or already holding, RTPI Chartership
·Keen to work within a small but fast-growing consultancy
·Full UK driving licence
