Town Planning Officer (Development Management)
£30,000-£35,000k per annum

Carrington West are assisting their client, a well established home builder, in their search for a town planner on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing planning team in a fantastic part of the midlands and the role is open to candidates from both the private and the public sector.
 
You will need:
·A minimum of 12 months' experience.
·Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
·Either achieved or working towards full membership of the RTPI (or a desire to do so)
·Desire to be in the office 5 days a week

You will be working in a collaborative manner with both colleagues and clients whilst having the chance to manage your own work. You will be working closely with the Senior Planner on exciting projects.
 
The home builder are offering a one stage, face to face interview with a view of hiring the successful candidate this side of Christmas.
