Are you an accomplished Town Planner with 3-5 years of hands-on experience? Are you ready to take the lead on projects, demonstrating initiative and autonomy from day one? We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary private consultancy based in Chichester.
 
They are a forward-thinking consultancy dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across a range of disciplines. With a strong focus on collaboration and excellence, seeking an experienced Town Planner to enhance their team and contribute to the success of our diverse projects.
 
As an Experienced Town Planner, you will
·Independently manage and lead planning projects from inception to completion.
·Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals with minimal supervision.
·Engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure project success.
·Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations.
·Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to planning legislation.
 
The successful candidate will possess
·3-5 years of experience in town planning.
·Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal input from line managers.
·A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Experience in either a Local Planning Authority (LPA) or private practice.
