My client is a fast-growing contractor with massive plans and huge opportunities in Manchester for skilled and hard-working engineers with experience in fibre to the home. The successful applicant will have experience working on the Openreach network and the relevant accreditations.
 
As a Team Leader, you will be assisting engineers in real-time to overcome problems and issues in the field, coming up with solutions to help them to stay on track with KPIs and productivity. You will be responsible for producing team-based reports on quality and production targets and will be responsible for health and safety and quality across the build. You will look after both UG and OH teams.
 
Requirements:
 
·Full Driving License
·Streetworks SLG
·SA001/SA002
·S006, S007, S008, K8, Confined Spaces
·Experienced within FTTH or FTTP
·Knowledge of the Openreach network
·Innovative thinking and resourcefulness
