Job Title: Surfacing Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts related to the surfacing projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Contract Oversight: Manage all phases of contract execution, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including supervisors, subcontractors, and other staff members, to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in all surfacing projects, conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and best practices on all project sites.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: A proven track record of managing contracts in the surfacing industry or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of surfacing materials, techniques, and industry regulations.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and collaboration.
Budgeting: Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
