We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sub Agent to join our client's team in the North East. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in bringing projects to fruition, focusing on getting schemes on the ground, preparing resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

·Coordinate and manage the implementation of street lighting, signals, and communications projects.
·Liaise effectively with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
·Oversee the mobilization of resources, ensuring the timely deployment of personnel and equipment.
·Collaborate with the project team to ensure that works are delivered to the highest standards within specified timelines.
·Provide on-site support as required and troubleshoot any operational challenges that may arise.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Proven experience in a similar role within the Highways sector, with a focus on street lighting, signals, or communications projects.
·Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
·Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
·Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
