Are you a Rail Sub Agent or Site Agent with experience across a range of civil engineering disciplines?
 
Are you looking to work for a Tier 1 Contractor on a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects, including frameworks and contract agreements?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Sub Agent to their team to work on a portfolio of rail civil engineering projects throughout the Wessex region.
 
Your duties as a Sub Agent will include:
·Liaison with the Managing Surveyor and other site staff to ensure that the project does not exceed tender allowances
·Ensuring that the contract is completed in accordance with the budget, legislation, terms and conditions, heath and safety plan and the quality and environment plan
·Monitoring of contract progress to ensure that objectives are being met
·Identifying, agreeing and managing any required changes to the contract
·Provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager
 
Location: Basingstoke  
Salary: £41,000 to £53,500 per annum DOE + car allowance

Requirements:
·Experience as a Sub/Site Agent on rail civil engineering projects
·SMSTS, CSCS, PTS
·Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
