Job description

My client are a market leading Surfacing and Civil Engineering company, delivering sustainable services from asphalt surfacing and car parks to new access paths and drainage works, and are looking for a Site Supervisor to support the South East region following a period of expansion.
 
They're looking for a Site Supervisor with Surfacing experience within a supervisory capacity to support sites in and around the High Wycombe/South-East area.
 
The team has over 80 years of experience combined and are a dynamic company with up to date plant and machinery equipment and opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
 
 
Day to day responsibilities:
 
·Management of setting up daily projects
·Overseeing team and taking responsibility for safety of those on site
·Planning and executing surfacing works within specifications
·Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to
·Preparation of payment applications
·Motivating workforce to achieve high performance levels
·Liaising with commercial team to ensure projects are delivered on budget
·Develop and maintain good customer relationships
 
Requirements:
 
·2-3 years' experience in a supervisor role within the surfacing industry
·Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel between sites within the region
·Relevant cards including SSSTS
·High standards of technical knowledge of surfacing and industry regulations
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team
·Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role
·Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
