Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for permanent work within the railway sector? Do you have strong civils experience in rail and working on associated projects? 

My client is a market-leading multi-disciplinary contractor and due to recent successes and growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a multitude of challenging projects across the Wales region, alongside a large tier one contractor.  

Employment Type: Permanent  
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 P/A 
Location: South Wales 

Requirements: 

• ·5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in a rail environment 
• ·Strong civils experience in rail and working on associated projects 
• ·Valid PTS / SMSTS  
• ·Valid First Aid  
• ·Idealy degree / HNC or HND in civil engineering.  
• ·Working knowledge of network rail standards 
• ·Be comfortable working across the Wales region 

Daily duties: 

• ·Management of sub-contractors and direct labour. 
• ·Leading by example to all on site on HS&E compliance. 
• ·Progress reports or incident reporting. 
• ·Regular site walk-arounds and audits.
