An immediate requirement has arisen for a Site Agent or Site Manager to work on a multi million pound project in Central London.
 
Experience within Site Management within the highways sector involving works such as earthworks, reinforced concrete, general highways and drainage works is required.
 
As the Site Manager or Agent you will need to have strong report writing skills, communication and a background on similar projects such as cycle routes, regen projects or junction improvements within London.
 
You will be managing sub contractors on site with the role requiring someone open to travelling to satellite sites if required. The role will also involve meeting with relevant PM's and site leads, alongside continuously ensuring the works are going ahead to a safe standard.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·CSCS - managers, supervisor card,
·SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
·Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and cloud based applications
 
Health and Safety experience is a must for this type of role, alongside strong communication skills to keep to project timescales and client requirments.
