Role: Site Foreman / General Foreman
Location: Plymouth
Rate: £400-500 per day ( inside IR35)
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Essential criteria: Candidates must have  Security clearance
 
 
My client is attached to a large MOD based project in Plymouth attached to upgrading a submarine base.  This project will cover a varied work load across submarine pens / docks and associated buildings and infrastructure.
 
In this role you will be responsible for:
 
- The general management of all construction and civil engineering
- The daily allocation of plant, labour and materials
- Co-ordinate activities on the site including Sub-contractors
- The management of the workforce on site to ensure that safe methods of work are used and the   
  effect on the environment is minimised,
- Ensuring deliveries are kept in safe area to keep from causing injury to the public,staff and plant not damaged.
- Ensuring correct PPE available and used
- Aid method statement production
 
 
Required qualifications
 
- TWS - Temporary Works Supervisor
- SSSTS
- CSCS supervisors card
 
 
Essential Criteria: Due to the nature of the projects only candidates with Security clearance can be considered.
