Site Engineer required for immediate start on an infrastructure and construction project in the Dorset region.
 
This major highways improvement project requires highways, drainage, structural and piling works to be carried out across all sections.
 
In this exciting Site Engineer role, you'll manage the technical compliance of the project to the design specification in order to fulfil the assigned project safely, on time and to the required quality. You'll assist in the preparation of 'as-built drawings' and establishing effective system to record work completed, updating the Project Quality Plan accordingly.
 
In addition, you'll provide engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered. You'll regularly check the setting out points and benchmarks and assist in the preparation of sketches for distribution on-site.
 
A commercially aware individual who has experience within a similar role. You'll hold a related HNC/HND degree or equivalent and a full UK driving license.

You'll be tasked with setting out for construction activities, collating as-built information, monitoring permits and maintaining records.

You will hold:
 
·Experience dealing with site paperwork and specifications - RAM's, RFI's, ITP's
·Electronic setting out and CAD experience
·Knowledge of document control
·Degree in Civil Engineering
·SMSTS or SSSTS
