OUTSIDE IR35 - An immediate requirement has arisen for a Site Agent or Site Manager to work on a multi million pound project in West London.
 
Experience within Management on a single site involving works such as earthworks, reinforced concrete, general highways and drainage works.
 
As the Site Manager/Agent you will need to have strong report writing skills, communication and a background on similar projects such as cycle routes, regen projects or junction improvements within London.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·UK site civil engineering experience - min 5 years
·CSCS - managers, supervisor card,
·SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
·Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and cloud based applications
 
You will be managing sub contractors on site with the role being purely based on this static site and involving meeting with relevant PM's and site leads, alongside continuously ensuring the works are going ahead to a safe standard.
 
Health and Safety experience is a must for this type of role, alongside strong communication skills to keep to project timescales.
