We are working with a dynamic and innovative construction company at the forefront of delivering critical infrastructure projects. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join a team for a 12-month contract on a prestigious National Highways Scheme.

Role Overview: As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a major National Highways project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, demonstrating expertise in coordinating and overseeing all on-site activities to ensure they align with project objectives and meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
·Coordinate and supervise site activities, including subcontractor management, workforce coordination, and resource allocation.
·Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
·Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, surveyors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
·Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of a high-quality project.
·Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety documentation.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Agent with a background in site management.
·Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
·Highways Passport.
·Strong knowledge of National Highways projects and associated regulations.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to lead and motivate a diverse on-site team.
·Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
